How can you Bypass a School Proxy Server?
Alot of the time, a Proxy Server at a School will stop a student from connecting to abnormal ports such as 22 to login to their box outside. However this can be fixed using programs such as Sockscap and HTTPort. The solution relies on the fact the Proxy Server is only allowing access to a limit ammount of Ports. These programs work making the connections go through a second Proxy Server. This in effect means the School's Proxy Server is connecting to a Proxy Server on lets say Port 80 which makes it think its connecting to a Web Server.
